Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Customers may cancel their taxi bookings at any time before the scheduled pick-up time by calling our customer care number at [8667312354]
- For cancellations made more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of Rs. 58.
- Cancellation by NammaCallTaxi:
- NammaCallTaxi reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, unavailability of vehicles, or extreme weather conditions.
- In the event of a cancellation by NammaCallTaxi, customers will be notified via phone or message, and they will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.
- Refund Policy:
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days for cancellations made by NammaCallTaxi.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- No refunds will be provided for rides that have already been completed.
- No-Show Policy:
- If a customer fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location within 10 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the customer will be charged the full fare.
- Changes to Bookings:
- Customers can modify their bookings (date, time, or destination) by contacting customer care at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes are subject to availability.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their booking details are correct at the time of booking. NammaCallTaxi will not be liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
