Welcome to NammaCallTaxi! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and mobile applications (apps) and any other services offered by NammaCallTaxi. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

  1. Payment: The customer shall pay the taxi fare (as displayed on the meter), parking charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable), and any fees or levies currently payable or hereinafter imposed by law for availing of the taxi services.
  2. Risk Acknowledgment: The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the services provided by NammaCallTaxi is at the sole risk of the customer. NammaCallTaxi disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  3. Prohibited Activities: The customer shall ensure that he/she does not engage in any of the following activities while in a NammaCallTaxi:
    • Smoking or consuming intoxicants inside the taxi.
    • Littering the taxi.
    • Misusing, soiling, or damaging any devices (technical or non-technical) in the taxi.
    • Requesting the chauffeur to break any traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse such requests.
    • Pressuring the chauffeur to allow more than 4 adult passengers in the taxi, as a maximum of 4 adult passengers is permitted per trip.
  4. Limitation of Liability:
    • NammaCallTaxi makes no representation or warranty that the services will meet the customer’s requirements, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
    • NammaCallTaxi shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer arising from the use of the taxi service or due to failure to provide services for any reason, including the customer’s non-compliance with service instructions.
  5. Damages: NammaCallTaxi shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its services, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Extra charges apply for far-off locations and toll charges.
  6. Missed Connections: If any passenger misses a train, flight, or bus, NammaCallTaxi will not be liable for any compensation. The customer must make alternate arrangements if the cab has not arrived for any reason.
  7. Indemnification: The customer shall indemnify NammaCallTaxi against any liabilities, losses, charges, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of the services.
  8. Location Information: NammaCallTaxi is authorized to use location-based information provided by telecommunication companies when the customer uses a mobile phone for taxi bookings.
  9. Data Disclosure: NammaCallTaxi may disclose customer details to group companies or government bodies as required by law or regulation.
  10. Booking Termination: NammaCallTaxi reserves the right to terminate any taxi booking without providing a reason.
  11. Lost Items: Customers are encouraged to take full responsibility for their items. NammaCallTaxi will attempt to locate lost items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for loss or damage.
  12. Complaints: If the customer has any complaints about the services or the chauffeur, they must inform NammaCallTaxi in writing within 24 hours of using the taxi.
  13. Changes to Terms: NammaCallTaxi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the customer shall be bound by such changes.
  14. Call Recording: All calls to NammaCallTaxi’s customer care are recorded for quality and training purposes.
  15. GPS Tracking: All vehicles registered with NammaCallTaxi are continuously tracked using GPS for security purposes.
  16. Marketing Communications: NammaCallTaxi reserves the right to use customer contact information for marketing purposes, including sending SMS updates.
  17. Cancellation Policy: Online bookings must be canceled by calling the customer care number at []. A cancellation charge of Rs. 58 applies for cancellations made 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time.

The above Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the customer and NammaCallTaxi regarding the access to and use of the website and services, superseding any prior agreements related to the same subject matter.
