10.1.2 Withdraw Amount from NammaWallet: Users are encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance from their NammaWallet before deleting their account. This ensures that users can utilize their funds and prevents any loss of unused credits or balance associated with their account.
10.2 Driver App Account Deletion Policy:
When a driver requests to delete their account, we ensure that all pending actions and requests associated with their account are addressed before proceeding with the deletion process.
