Our commission system is based on three tiers:

• Gold Tier: 5% commission with a ₹5,000 yearly platform fee.
• Silver Tier: 7.5% commission with a ₹3,500 yearly platform fee.
• Bronze Tier: 10% commission with a ₹2,000 yearly platform fee.
  Additionally, we are offering 100% commission-free rides until January 25, 2025.

If you need to cancel a ride after accepting it, a ₹58 cancellation fee will be applied. We recommend only accepting rides you’re sure you can fulfill to avoid penalties and ensure a positive experience for both you and the rider.

Fares are set by the car owners based on fair and transparent pricing. After covering the initial distance, fares are calculated as a round trip, meaning the fare is doubled to cover the driver’s return journey, ensuring there’s no financial loss for the driver.

Yes! To welcome new drivers, we're offering 0% commission on all rides until January 25, 2025. Drivers can earn the full fare on every ride during this period. However, transaction fees from payment gateways and applicable GST will still apply.

Riders can pay using multiple options such as cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payments are processed securely, and drivers will receive payments directly into their accounts.
